As we step into 2026, we carry with us the foundation that shaped us last year: Presence. In a world full of noise and distractions, God reminded us that real transformation happens when we slow down, lean in, and remain fully present with Him. His Presence brought clarity, peace, and direction, and now it propels us forward.

This year, God is calling us into Collab. Not striving alone. Not moving in isolation. But walking together with Him and with one another. As we enter our corporate fast, we do so united in faith, expectation, and obedience, believing that what God does through us together will be greater than anything we could accomplish on our own.

Together, as we seek Him, align with His voice, and move as one, there is nothing we cannot overcome.

Yes, you can use all-natural seasonings like pink Himalayan salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika, etc. For sauces and vinaigrettes, they must be fresh and free from additives or added sugars. 

Can we use canola or olive oil for sautéing veggies?  Use only natural oils like olive, avocado, grapeseed, or sunflower oil. 

Can we combine tiers, or do we need to stick to one for the full 21 days?  Tiers are interchangeable, so feel free to combine them! 

Can we use an air fryer, and are bottled juices or smoothies allowed?  Yes, air fryers are allowed as they’re a form of baking or roasting. Bottled juices and smoothies are okay as long as they have no additives or added sugars.

Unsweetened nut milks (almond, cashew, oat, etc.) are fine.

No, popcorn is not allowed.

Water, fresh juices, smoothies, and natural teas are fine as long as they’re unprocessed and contain no additives or added sugars.

No, this isn’t an intermittent fast. There are no time constraints.

No starchy vegetables like potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Yes, unaltered seeds and unsalted, unflavored nuts are allowed. 100% nut butters are also fine.

Agave or raw organic honey.

Only veggie broths (low-sodium) are allowed. No beef or chicken broth.
